职位描述:
•汇报华东区销售经理。
•负责指定地区的业务发展,通过直接客户和渠道合作伙伴,实现公司制定的销售目标和业绩预期。
•维护和扩大与主要客户的关系,通过了解客户的总体目标和要求,以便能够满足他们的需求,及时和满意的方式。
•建立直接销售和间接渠道的销售策略和计划,以满足销售目标。
•监控性能的分销商,并提供后勤支持,以实现增长的计划和收入目标
•准备帐户的计划,以确定客户的短期和长期需要。
•准备每月,每季度的销售预测和计划。
•准备报告,预算,费用和销售活动。
•市场营销,产品管理和运营团队紧密合作,以确保广告及推广计划,执行,以支持业务战略。
•确保实施后的工程技术和培训支持,包括提供到指定的帐户。
•加快解决客户的问题/投诉。
职位要求
•学士学位或以上病理学,临床医学,生物科学或相关专业。
•2 - 3年的相关销售经验,销售医疗设备或药品。体验要求参考实验室,医疗中心,病理学家或相关供应商非常理想的,诊断产品将提供培训。
•直接和分配销售经验。
•独立工作能力以及有效地与他人合作的能力。
•良好的沟通和表达能力。
•精通PC的应用软件(PowerPoint,Excel等)和导航CRM工具。
•能适应出差。
Job Description:
· Responsible forleading business development in the assigned sales districts through directaccounts and channel partners to achieve sales goals and performance expectationsset by the company
· Maintain andexpand relationships with key customers in hospital and commerciallaboratories, through understanding the customers’ overall objectives andrequirements so that their needs can be met in a timely and satisfactory manner
· Develop salesstrategy and plans for direct sales and indirect channels to meet sales goals
· Monitor theperformance of distributors and provide logistical support to achieve growthplans and revenue target
· Prepare accountplans to identify customers short term and long term needs
· Prepare monthly,quarterly sales forecasts and schedules
· Prepare reportson the budget, expenses and sales activities
· Work very closelywith Marketing, Product Management and Operations team to ensure advertisingand promotion programs executed are in support of business strategy
· Ensure postimplementation support including engineering and training are provided toassigned accounts
· Expediteresolution of customer problems/complaints
Qualifications
· Bachelor’s Degreeor above in Pathology, Clinical Medicine, or related Bio Science major.
· 2- 3 years of relevant sales experience selling medical devices or pharmaceutical products.Experience calling on Reference Labs, Medical Centers, Pathologists or relatedproviders highly desirable. Training on Diagnostic products will be provided.
· Experience withboth direct and distribution selling environments is required.
