Intracavitary Contrast-enhanced Ultrasonography to Detect Enterovesical Fistula in Crohns Disease

However, conventional radiographic studies often fail to demonstrate the fistula tract. Ultrasonography (US), computed tomography (CT), and MRI have a high sensitivity and specificity for the diagnosis of intraabdominal fistulas, with similar diagnostic accuracies.
