北京冶乐咨询有限公司（ELA Bridge Associates）是一家小型咨询公司，提供快消品营销/零售管理方面的咨询与培训。我们长期协作的客户包括百事集团、联合利华、蒙牛乳业、箭牌、美赞臣、大宝/强生、家乐氏谷物早餐、贝因美等等。基于在快速消费品与零售方面的专长，我们也为投资机构提供零售方面的投资/并购咨询。
公司合伙人毕业于美国宾州大学沃顿商学院（U. Penn., Wharton School），在快消/零售行业有二十余年的丰富经验。其他核心成员也来自快消/零售行业全球500强企业， 小团队，但有丰富的快销/零售经验。

工作职责：
咨询/培训项目的调研、分析
参与咨询项目的开展、执行
快消/零售行业培训相关课程的开发
职位要求：
本科及以上学历，无专业限制 – 理工背景但对快销/零售有兴趣的也欢迎
有快消/零售行业相关实习/工作经验者优先， 但非必要
因实际工作需要，我们要求相当高的英文沟通水平（口头、书面）
对于表现优秀的2012年毕业学生，我们将考虑在11月底前发出全职offer

ELA Bridge Associatesis a consulting/training company specialized in FMCG/retail industry. We provide consulting/training services to suppliersandretailers on FMCG marketing and retail management. Due to our expertise in FMCG/retail industry, we also provide consulting service to investors in related fields.
Partner of the company graduated from Wharton School, U. Penn., and has over 20 years of experience in retail/FMCG industry. Other core members on the team are also from multinationalretail giants and have rich experience in retail/FMCG.

Job description:
Research and ysis on consulting andtraining projects
Development of FMCG/retail related training contents
Engagement in consulting project pitching and execution
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree or above – no specific major required
Internship/work experience in FMCG/retail industry or related fields is a plus
Interest and commitment to work in Training/Education field
Excellent communication skills in English and Mandarin (both oral and written)
For qualified 2012 graduates, we will consider offering full-time position before the end of November.
