职位说明
该职位负责指导、带领分析团队支持新药和药物制剂研发;及时了解分析化学的新技术、新进展，并将新技术引入公司。具体工作包括分析产品特性，开发和验证分析方法，对不可预期的结果进行问题分析，进行分析方法和分析过程的调查，支持产品上临床研究的分析测试需要等。
资格要求
化学、物理化学、分析化学专业博士，0-5年分析经验，有药物开发经验者优先考虑；
化学、物理化学、分析化学专业硕士，3年以上分析经验，有药物开发经验者优先考虑；
化学、物理化学、分析化学专业本科，分析经验丰富，有过药物开发，申报经验者也可考虑。
具有一定的申报产品（原料药，成品，OTC，等）的经验；
有能力并愿意学习分析实验/化学的新技术、新设备；
能熟练操作紫外分光光度计、（超）高效液相色谱仪、气相色谱仪等各种分析仪器，掌握溶解、自动取样、显微分析、热分析等分析技能和经验；
熟悉分析试验中的分析方法理论和必要操作程序，如，进行定量/定性分析，剂量均匀度，降解产物的识别，稳定性试验设计等；
有敬业精神、强烈的责任感和时间概念，能够准确、及时地完成任务；
有良好的口头、书面沟通能力、组织协调能力及出色的人际关系和团队意识，能与公司内外各部门及单位建立良好合作关系。

Senior ytical Scientists
Description
Join us a promising and fast growing innovative pharmaceutical research and development company to develop various cutting edge drug formulations, in particularly pediatric dosage forms. You’ll have the opportunity to collaborate with talented and dedicated colleagues while developing and expanding your career. We currently have an exciting opportunity to join our ytical Sciences group located at 北京中关村。
In this role, you would be developing and utilizing characterization techniques to support product formulation development for new or improved drug products. In particular, product support includes:
• Has significant hands-on experience in ytical science: including operating various ytical instrumentation, such as UV spectrophotometer, HPLC/UPLC, GC, dissolution, automation, microscopic techniques, thermal ysis tec, etc.
• Understand the ytical methodology and required procedures in conduct various ytical testing, such assay, dose uniformity, degradant identification, stability setup, etc.
• ytical methods development and validation
• ytical investigations, such as trouble shooting un-expected results
• Process and product characterization
• Is able to learn novel ytical experiments and techniques to improve efficency
• Clinical study support
• Has a strong sense of urgency to complete the tasks in an accurate and timely manner
Effective interaction with both scientific and non-scientific staff both inside and outside the company is critical. You'll have the opportunity to work with teams comprised of scientists and non-scientists, to effectively coordinate efforts and track the progress for multiple projects, and to provide technical leadership.
You would also support the implementation of new technology, including developing expertise in specialized equipment or techniques such as HPLC, LC/MS, GC/MS, Spectroscopy, and Dissolution. You would also keep abreast of innovative and novel scientific developments in the pharmaceutical industry.
Qualifications
PhD in chemistry, physical chemistry, ytical chemistry, 0-5 years ytical experience. Drug product development experience highly appreciated
MS in chemistry, physical chemistry, ytical chemistry, 3+ years ytical experience. Drug product development experience highly appreciated
Strong academic record
