We are looking for a motivated post-doc with a strong background in biochemistry and mass-spectrometry based ysis to act as an interface between our wet-labs and the Institute of ytical Chemistry and Radiochemistry (Prof. Bonn). The main task will be the execution of protein-protein interaction screens and target identification by MALDI-TOF or ESI-LC/MS-MS ysis, as well as subsequent hit validation using cell biological techniques.
The person will work within the laboratory of Prof. Andreas Villunger (www.apoptosis.at) in the Division of Developmental Immunology at the BIOCENTER but shall also assist other members of the SFB consortium aiming to exploit these technologies.
The position is open immediately, until December 2013.
