工作职责：
1、协助产品经理根据MicroVention产品推广战略及销售目标，负责产品规划、产品策划、年度工作计划方案的制定；
2、通过收集、调查、分析顾客需求、产品竞争情况等，为公司产品推广提供相关支持；
3、组织对产品相关资料的设计、制作与管理和进行市场调研和策划；
4、负责公司产品知识、具体专业推广技能的培训；
5、组织对广告媒体的选择、广告策划、产品包装宣传资料的设计，以保证部门工作的顺利开展；
6、依据公司和市场需要，负责联络、维护重点学术专家，设计专家管理细目、利用方案等。
任职条件：
1、具有知名学校和研究机构医学、临床诊断等相关专业硕士以上学历的应届毕业生；
2、具良好的协调沟通能力，有高度责任心和强烈的服务意识；
3、工作作风严谨，责任心强，思维敏捷，诚实可靠，团队意识强，具国际观；
4、英语四级以上，读写流利，能熟练阅读和翻译英文文献；
5、能适应不定时出差。
Position: Product Specialist
Job Description:
1. Coordinate product manager drawing up the products plan, annual working plan according to MicroVention product strategy and sales target.
2. Provide technical service to product promotion via scientific investigation towards customers’ requirements and product market competition.
3、. Organize the product relevant materials’ design and management as well as marketing research,
4. Developing training among doctors about product basic knowledge and specific using methods.
5. Responsible for the selection of advertising media and the design of product brochures to ensure the department oothly works.
6. According to company and market requirements, responsible for contacting the important academic experts.
7. Support the preparation and communication of marketing activities, including training, conference, and other activities.
Qualifications:
1、Master degree major in medical.
2、Good communication and listening skill, the ability of team player.
3、Good practical experience in experiment execution in Lab.
4、Have caring attitude with external and internal customers
5、Ability to work independently and under pressure to meet the deadline.
6、Ability to use Power Point, Excel and Word etc. software fluently.
Good in written, read, spoken English and Chinese. For English, CET-4 is necessary, CET-6 is preferred.
7、Ability of self-motivation and learning skill
8、Be able to travel when needed.
