A postdoctoral position is available in the laboratory of Dr Caroline Hill at the Cancer Research UK London Research Institute immediately. The lab is focused on understanding how members of the TGF-beta superfamily signal to the nucleus and regulate gene expression in the context of early vertebrate development and in tumorigenesis (see for example: Mol. Cell (2002) 10, 283-294; Dev. Cell (2007) 12, 261-274; Proc. Natl. Acad. Sci. USA (2008) 105, 6608-6613; Mol. Cell. Biol. (2008) 28, 6889-6902 Dev Cell (2009) 16, 329-343).

I am looking for a highly motivated postdoc with proven research abilities and excellent publication record.

The project is focused on the mechani of TGF-beta and BMP signalling and understanding how these pathways interact with each other. Prior experience in molecular biology is essential and experience in cell biology and biochemistry is desirable.
