Description

Senior lab / technology expert role in the group would suit an individual fully knowledgeable in human B cell biology and antibody expression. Experience in the areas of B cell growth and differentiation, as well as in vitro B cell culture and single cell VH / VL antibody sequence isolation and ysis would be desirable.
Possible line-manager responsibilities - running a group of 3 direct reports.

Requirements

PhD qualified with extensive lab experience and expertise (senior Postdoc experience) in the following areas: measurement of B cell responses (e.g. ELISpot screening; serological yses), FACS cell-sorting and ysis, in vitro B cell activation and differentiation, memory B cell generation and expansion, single B cell antibody VH / VL repertoire ysis, high-throughput B cell and non-B cell derived antibody screening. A strong background in immunology and antibody-based therapeutics.
