Abstract: along with the economic globalization and China's entry into WTO, the all and medium-sized enterprises in the position and function of national economy increasingly remarkable, especially in exports, all and medium-sized enterprises has become an important pillar of China's export trade. Based on the related knowledge of international trade is yzed in the aspects of all and medium-sized enterprises to export the advantage and disadvantage, thus draws the conclusion of all and medium-sized enterprises, expand export to realize the sustainable development of the economy and the export is very realistic significance. At the same time, this article to restrict exports of all and medium-sized enterprises in China are discussed, according to the obstacles of all and medium-sized enterprises development present situation, proposed to promote the development of all and medium-sized enterprises exit strategy.
