【外文期刊互助】版规(2013年试行)

会员注意:外文文献求助标题一律以所求文献题目为标题为准,不符合者扣20YYB每篇,更改后退还,不改不退。每帖只准求助1篇文献,1贴多篇文献者全部封帖,每求一帖系统自动扣除5YYB
第一条:求助者须知
1、求助者必须根据版规要求格式发布求助帖,每帖只准求助1篇,否则不予应助。以所求文献题目为发贴标题。不符合者扣20YYB每篇。
2、普通会员每天限量求10篇;小愚愚每天限量求5篇;超过限量规定者加扣每帖10YYB每篇。
3、版主、supporter和荣誉会员:版主、supporter和荣誉会员:每帖求助篇数不限,不扣除任何积分。
4、同一期刊连续求助超过5篇,每篇多扣10yyb!  为保护账号,最好不要同一期刊连续求助。
5、求助帖格式要求,请发贴时复制贴上,并在帖子标题中注明求助总篇数:
  标题:【求助】求助帖标题一律以所求文献题目作为标题。
     求助格式:
    【作者】(必须)
    【文章标题】(必须)
    【期刊名,年份,卷(期),起止页码】(期刊名必须,其他为快速获得应助请尽量填写)
    【全文链接】 (为快速获得应助请尽量填写)推荐给出PMID 或者 DOI号
标题不按格式或者标有“必须”的信息项不全,每贴扣5yyb,修改后可PM版主退还,不改不退。
6、文献求助部分或完全成功后,求助者请将原帖标题分类改为[部分成功]或[全部成功]。求助者必须在48小时之内及时下载,如应助链接出问题或者应助有误,请PM应助者或版主。
7、求助者获得文献后,可在原帖回复致谢,不得另开新贴致谢,不得修改或删除原帖已应助文献。

第二条:应助者须知及奖励方案
2.1    本版即日起实行单人认领制度,每人每次只能认领一篇文献,然后需在15分钟之内完成应助;没跟帖认领而直接应助视为无效应助,不予评分。认领过的文献其他人不得再行认领,直至认领者放弃应助或应助超时,其他人才能认领该篇文献。跟帖后发现其他会员已经认领,需先跟帖放弃;若先认领会员在有效时间内未完成应助,直接给后面应助成功者评分。发帖1小时后无人认领,原则上可以直接应助,无需认领。
附加规定:A.没有任何声明的认领必须在15分钟内完成上传,否则视为弃权。B.如果因为文献较大、网速不好等原因不能及时上传者需跟帖说明原因,但是总时间不能超过30分钟。C.应助文献下载链接必须再次跟帖以出售形式给出,不得修改原认领帖,否则视为应助无效,不给予奖励,扣除出售所得。
2.2    请应助者不要应助不规范的求助贴,如果应助,不予评分。大于或等于24h的求助文献若未求助成功,视为攻关文献。
2.3    文献应助奖励: A. 24h以内的求助文献,每成功应助1篇,普通会员将给予8yyb奖励(版主、supporter和荣誉会员 给予12yyb奖励);攻关文献,普通会员将给予18yyb奖励(版主、supporter和荣誉会员给予22yyb奖励),请满足条件的应助者在跟帖中注明“攻关”等字样,方便版主评分;否则出现漏评概不负责。
B. 成功应助文献:6-10M额外奖励8yyb,10-20M额外奖励10yyb,20-30M额外奖励20yyb。如此类推,每10M奖励10yyb。请满足条件的应助者在跟帖中注明文件大小,方便版主评分;否则出现漏评概不负责。
C. 违规应助文献:应助超出规定篇数的文献和违规帖文献,未认领直接应助的文献,不予评分。 各种额外奖励可以叠加,例如攻关10M文献可获得20yyb额外奖励。

第三条:本版块求助帖加亮和颜色使用说明:
正常求助帖:黑色。成功应助和评分的帖子:蓝色或黑色加粗。未评分的帖子:橙色或细黑斜体。应助部分完成,已评分的帖子:绿色或粗黑斜体 。黄色:违规帖。红色:管理公告。灰色:放弃求助或被认定为无电子档的帖子

第四条:违规惩罚
 严禁通过马甲等手段赚分,一经发现,禁言马甲id。 严禁使用欺骗手段赚取分数,例如大量上传错误文献赚分等,一经发现,禁言id。
