We are funded by the German Research Community. Experimental techniques: 1. disease models of the rat; 2. Generation of mouse models (knock-out, transgen); 3. cell culture of epithelial cells, transfection transient/ stabil; 4. all techniques of immunohistochemistry, confocal microscopy und electron microscopy; 5. RNA-isolation/ TaqMan ysis; si-RNA, 6. Biochemical methods (western blot, IP, pull down) 7. molecular biology Teaching activity: teaching courses in the gross anatomy Requirements: Interests in teaching students and working with young people as well as on the same time in performing good research.
